Global Head of Ethics

Nokia is seeking an experienced attorney to lead its global investigations function. The Ethics & Compliance Investigations team is responsible for carrying out internal investigations into potential violations of law, regulation, and Nokia’s code of conduct. The matters may include potential violations of Nokia’s policies governing improper payments, competition law, money laundering, trade controls, conflict of interest, privacy and information security, and more. The investigations may arise in any of the countries around the globe where Nokia does business. Many matters will involve ongoing government investigations and enforcement actions, and accordingly the ability to successfully interface with a range of enforcement and regulatory authorities is also essential
