We are looking for our Corporate Sustainability Manager profile for our Sustainability & Excellence department, with previous experience in similar positions and a high level of English. 

MISSION 

Ensures that the sustainability activities are in continuous compliance with customer demands, regulatory requirements, and TOLSA procedures.

Foster the Company transformation towards higher operational efficiency, higher environmental and higher corporate

social responsibility standards. 

FUNCTIONS 

-Manage the team to follow policies and procedures to get the goals and objectives.

-Selection and retention, communication, development, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions.

-Sustainability plan in the factory/mines or production center; definition and implementation.

Regulatory aspects of products (product stewardship).

-Specification’s definition and follow up, Quality methods implementation, Control of supplied products quality plans/packaging quality control, Surveillance of the quality lab. Implementation of the corporative quality control plans. Implementation of ISO procedures, follow-up the SAP for Quality.

-Audits. Monitoring of actions, implementation, audits, and internal audits for the BRC standard.

SGMMM team.

-Work in implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the SGMMM standard.

Audits.

-Analyzes and predicts the present and future practice of the company with the aim of monitoring

and minimizing the environmental impact of the organization

-Lead the promotion and monitoring of environmental practices in balance with the economic and

social dimensions of the company.

-Carrying out CSR actions

-Promotion of collaboration, solidarity, and communication. Make estimates of operating and

capital costs for the execution of the social program

-Produce and recommend the social and sustainability report for the study. 

General Education / Technical Skills: Technical Engineer or science bachelor.

Professional experience: Quality and environmental industrial experience. Quality and environmental management system implementation and internal audit, Health and safety industrial experience.

Personal Competences: Health and safety training are welcome, Internal auditor training knowledge.

Languages: Local language and English
